DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a £150.00 holding deposit is required to hold your place in the diary. This is fully refundable if the job is cancelled by the customer no less than 14 days prior to the start date. 7 days before the start date, a further 25% payment is due to enable us to purchase materials etc.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES LIKE?
We will always try to accommodate you and your time scale although please be aware that lead times can vary, depending on the time of year and our workload. You will be advised of our lead times at the time of booking.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payments can be made via BACS, cash payment, or we are able to take payment via phone if you call our office.

DOES YOUR WORK COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
Please be assured that all works completed by our team come with a 6-month guarantee, from the date the job was completed. If any issues should become present within this time, then we will do our utmost best to rectify this as customer satisfaction is what we strive for.
